SOLS, a 3D-printing company that prints custom shoe insoles to forge next generation orthotics, has raised $11.1 million in Series B funding from Tenaya Capital, Melo7 Tech Partners and earlier backers Founders Fund and Lux Capital.

Mack Weldon makes smart underwear for smart guys – and just raised $4 million in Series A Funding to continue to reinvent men’s basics, and spread the word. Investors include RiverPark Ventures, Bridge Investments and Lyrical Partners, along with existing investors.
Coventure, a NYC-based fund that focuses on early stage startups and who builds software in exchange for equity, has raised $3 million in funding from Great Oaks Venture Capital, Gerson Lehrman Group, and Osage Partners. Thatcher Bell recently joined the team as a partner.
Kobalt, a company whose technology scours payment systems around the world to make sure royalty money ends up where it belongs and refers to itself as ‘the future of music made simple,’ has raised $60 million in new funding from Google Ventures and Michael Dell.
Early stage venture capital firm Pereg Ventures LLC, has completed initial fund raising for Pereg Ventures Fund I.
Pereg’s primary focus is on providing Series A and B funding to ventures delivering innovative market intelligence and analytics solutions for consumer-driven corporations.
Citymaps, a visual social mapping app that gives people a personalized map of places that reflects their lives and preferences, has raised $6 million in Series A funding from Acadia Woods Partners, Coatue Management and Nokia Growth Partners.
Coworking space AlleyNYC has raised $16 million in venture funding led by Vandewater Capital Holdings, with participation from Entrepreneur Media.
TrueFacet, platform that sells authenticated pre-owned designer jewelry, has raised $1.7 million in seed funding from Founders’ Co-Op, Maveron, Social Leverage, Trilogy Equity Partners and individual investors.
