Weston Gaddy began his career in business in 2005 as a Research Analyst at WisdomTree, a NY-based exchange-traded fund provider. He then became a Summer Associate Consultant at First Manhattan Consultant Group in 2006.
While still in college,he co-founded Frogmetrics, a Y Combinator-accelerated startup, in 2008. Frogmetrics operated for four years before it finally closed down in November of 2012.
Gaddy became a strategy consultant for media, financial service, and product clients at Bain &Company from 2007-2009. Passionate about environmental conservation, he was also head of the company’s “Green Team,” and worked as an operations manager for an industrial recycler after graduating college.
In 2009, he became Principal at Bain Capital Ventures and part owner of Freshii, an eco-friendly restaurant in Boston. In addition, he is an investor at various companies such as 1-800-DENTIST, Ecosense Lighting, Edgar Online, and Boston Heart Diagnostics. He is also a supporter of startups such as MediaRadar, HookLogic, and Rent the Runway.
Gaddy earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his BSE in finance from Wharton.
