- Two of the companies were acquired within six months of graduating.
- Participating healthcare providers facilitated 17 pilots at their organizations – and created over 120 jobs.

AllazoHealth
Medication adherence programs aren’t one size fits all, since all patients are different, and are prescribed medications for different ailments, and for different reasons.
solves the problem of medication non-adherence for ACOs, hospital systems, payers, and PBMs, by using predictive analytics to identify high risk patients likely to miss a medication fill and predict which interventions will best influence individual patient behavior.
Clinigence
provides transformational clinical business intelligence tools to help providers transition from the traditional payment model – where they were compensated based solely on the volume of patients they saw – to the emerging model where they are paid based on the quality of patient care and their ability to control costs. Covertix

The clinic focuses on the local Spanish-speaking community, and the pilot is uniquely designed to get the local pre-diabetic population to stay motivated to lose weight and help improve their health.
Quality Reviews

About time someone gave patients a voice – and in real time, no less!
The big news : Quality Reviews’ RateMyHospital app will be deployed across the Central New York Health Home Network, allowing incoming patients to rate their hospital experiences in real-time, and giving the Network the chance to assess opportunities for improvement and deliver better quality care.
Gotta love that !
