Everplans, the end-of-life planning service which helps users create, organize and securely share important legal, financial and health information in one place so that their family and loved ones can access it when it’s needed, has raised $2.5 million in seed funding from Generator Ventures.

PuzzleSocial, whose “Daily Celebrity Crossword” is a top-grossing app, has raised $3M in Series A funding in a round led by new investor KiwiTech, with participation from previous investors, including former HBO president Thayer Bigelow, Mark Wachen of Upstage Ventures, and other leading NYC-based angels.
