At the start of the presentation, founder Maury Hanigan stated that the old method companies used to post jobs is antiquated outdated and counterproductive.
Hanigan said that “the best way to disqualify yourself for a job is to apply to it,” as the new hires companies are looking for to fill those position, are oftentimes not actively looking through those job postings. Match-Click converts job postings into video-based presentations that give applicants an idea of who they’d be meeting and why they would potentially want to work for that particular company.
